When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be not begin processing and be shipped out until the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship domestically as well as internationally. Please note, all international shipments may be subject to custom duties and taxes. For all International orders the customer is responsible to pay custom fees and any duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order is processed and ready to ship you will receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number.
What are my shipping options?
- We offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders above $150 in USA
- There will be shipping costs for all international orders.
- When placing the order please select your shipping preference at check out. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
Can I exchange or return an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of your order’s delivery date. Please view our return policy and instructions on our Returns Page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but we cannot cancel or change any orders once they have been picked up by the courier. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
What if my package was misplaced?
MARYJANE CLAVEROL is not responsible for lost packages when the customer inputted the wrong shipping address. If your package is marked as successfully delivered and is misplaced (e.x. misplaced in mailroom or dropped off at the wrong address) it is the responsibility of the courier, and a claim must be filed. Please do reach out with any issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
